50% advance payment by money transfer (by booking); 50% in loco payment (by cash or Visa)

Booking will be considered confirmed with advance payment (20% or 50% of the total amount, according to payment conditions agreed).

Reimbursements in case of cancellation

more than 30 days before arrival > penalty: 20% of the total amount (*)
between 15 and 30 days before arrival > penalty: 50% of the total amount (**)
less than 15 days before arrival > penalty: 100% of the total amount
(*) in case you paid 50% in advance, 30% will be paid back to you by money transfer
(**) in case you paid 20% in advance, you will be required to pay the remaining 30% of the total amount.
